eshopANO Footwear is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, we offer a hassle-free return policy as outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition of Product: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. The original packaging must also be returned.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as socks, innerwear, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, log in to your account on our website, go to your order history, and select the product you wish to return. Follow the instructions to complete the return request.
- Return Approval: Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it and approve the return if it meets the eligibility criteria. You will receive an email confirmation with further instructions.
- Return Shipment: You can either:
- Schedule a pick-up: Our delivery partner will pick up the product from your location.
- Drop-off: You can drop off the product at any designated eshopANO Footwear location or partner outlet.
Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account via NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer).
- Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a notification email once the refund has been initiated.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Return shipping charges will be borne by eshopANO Footwear if the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For other returns, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange Policy
- Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges.
- Defective/Damaged Products: In case of receiving a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
